[Fiware-testbed-help] TR: [Fiware-feedback] [FI-WARE] Contact form

Hello,

I tried to register on the fiware testbed as advised by Miguel with my e.mail address (franck.le-gall at eglobalmark.com) but got an error message as we are not yet on the white list.

Could you add the domain eglobalmark.com in that list ?

My company, 'Easy Global Market' is a partner of the FISTAR use case project.

@Franck: it is a bit frustrating to receive this question. It means that the guidelines to do this and the existence of both environments are not clearly disseminated across the PPP. Maybe it's our fault (or not, who knows) but it is a situation that should be resolved somehow. In any case, go to account.testbed.fi-ware.eu and self-register when you have the time. Once you do so, be aware that you need to contact jicg at tid.es<mailto:jicg at tid.es> and henar at tid.es<mailto:henar at tid.es> and provide the IP address from which you will access the testbed.

Can you please handle this query?  I leave the originator in CC (Franck Le Gall, from FI-STAR)



May I remind Frank that the primary environment for use of the Use Cases is the FI-WARE Testbed, not FI-Lab. FI-Lab is open to everyone (Use Cases included if they need/want to use it) but if there is something PPP restricted, it could be on the Testbed  but definitely not in FI-Lab.  There are scenarios involving external stakeholders from outside the PPP - then it is reasonable to go for the FI-Lab.
