[Fiware-testbed-help] FI-WARE Testbed Assistance (a VM of FINESCE WP4's has crushed)

To whom it may concern,
a VM of FINESCE WP4's (located in the FI-WARE TESTBED, ip: 
130.206.80.197) seems to be "dead" and there is no way to either 
terminate it or reboot it.
:
We have tried and got the following error:
{"computeFault": {"message": "The server has either erred or is 
incapable of performing the requested operation.", "code": 500}}

Could someone give us an helping hand, please?

I would like to remind you that next Monday we have FINESCE 1st year 
review and we should have something "a bit stable".
