[Fiware-testbed-help] FI-WARE Testbed Assistance (a VM of FINESCE WP4's has crushed)

Dear Henar,
I am very sorry to tell you that both I and my colleague Leandro have 
faced the issue, for sure (and we were not able to access the VM via 
SSH, too). Please have a look of the screenshot for the error received 
when tried to launch "reboot" and "terminate" action. More, there is a 
screenshot of the wirecloud instance where we have widgets retrieving 
info from our Orion instance (everything was blanked as you can see!).

Anyway, now it is accessible via ssh and seems to be "up and running".
Would you be able to understand what's happened by your side?
