[Fiware-testbed-help] add our corporate domain “@cdta.dz” to the white list

Dear sir,

The reason to have the whitelist is to enforce the confidentiality level of the Testbed. Only PPP projects have access to the Testbed.

To do this, we need evidence that this domain belongs to a PPP partner. Can you please state which PPP project is related to this and your partner name? (both things, please) When we get the answer check with CONCORD that this concrete partner has already signed the PPP CA.
