[Fiware-testbed-help] Sign-Up Error for account.testbed.fi-ware.org

Hello FI-Ware Service-Team,

my Name is Sinh and i'm from the Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS in Berlin (Competence Center FAME).
I'm trying to deploy my Recommendations as a Service (http://mediafi.org/?portfolio=recommendation-as-a-service) on FI-Ware and have an Account at https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org, but due to Problems on that Platform a colleague from Fraunhofer IAIS told me to use the http://cloud.testbed.fi-ware.org Platform first which should be more stable.
Actually I can't neither login to the Testbed with my https://cloud.lab.fi-ware.org account, nor sign up with my E-Mail Address truong-sinh.an at fokus.fraunhofer.de<mailto:truong-sinh.an at fokus.fraunhofer.de> ("the e-mail domain is not valid. Please note that you are signing up to the FI-WARE Testbed, restricted to PPP members.").
How can I apply for a PPP Account?
