[Fiware-testbed-help] please enable access for ISMB since it is a new partner of FINESCE PPP project

I need to work with FIWARE APIs (GEs) to implement our work in FINESCE
project.
 
As such, the ISMB.IT domain needs to be valid. We signed the collaboration
agreement.
