Hello,

I am trying to create an instance, but I am getting all the time an error.
The instance data are:

Name: INP_Simulator
ID: 5cbe86ca-efda-4869-b5a8-f4412961b98a
RAM: 2048 MB
Status: ERROR
Image Name: Windows_7_64bit_Professional

Even when I am trying to create Floating IP addresses I am getting 
"*Error: *undefined. Cause: unknow"

For the project FINESCE I would like to create an instance on Windows 
and after install "Scilab," in order to run simulations on-line. So, I 
would like to know what should I do?
