[Fiware-testbed-help] Testbed unavailable

Hi,

the FIWARE testbed seems to be unavailable since about more than one week.
Moreover, the VMs are offline too since about five days.

We have several FIcontent demos running only in the testbed, because 
they require larger quotas than available in the FIWARE Lab.

Please check and let me know once the availability of the testbed 
instances is recovered.
