[Fiware-testbed-help] testbed instance access

We've suffered an outage in this testbed with the VMs. -- We are working in order to solve it. Anyway, that IP it seems accesible.

I cannot access my instance "gt" anymore, port 22 is not open, or somehow blocked.

Also I would like to access other ports I've defined in the default security group associated to my instance, but they don't seem to work neither:
21, 22, 80, 8080, 27017, 28017.

The instance looks up and running from the cloud panel:
Connected to project mattia (ID 00000000000000000000000000000320)
