[Fiware-testbed-help] Testbed down?

Dear Jose,

indeed, the VMs in the testbed seems to be available and responding (at 
least mine do via http and ssh).
However, the cloud portal is not functional as stated in the screenshot 
below and makes it impossible to administrate those VMs.
