[Fiware-testbed-help] Testbed account creation problem

Dear Vladan,

The Testbed is restricted to PPP members and we incoporate the domain names to a white list that we use to guarantee that only PPP members access it.  From this point of view, you are entitled to access this place if CONCORD confirms that this is the case (by confirming that the FRACTAL team signed the PPP CA)

However, let us simplify this. The Testbed was mainly for the Use Case projects. The 3rd stage of the PPP focuses more on FIWARE Lab and the projects selected by the accelerator projects should use this environment: lab.fiware.org. It makes sense that the accelerator projects use the same environment instead of a separate one.
