[Fiware-tools] JIRA accounts

Dear partners,
  some of you should have received an invitation to join FIWARE JIRA ... I
asked for those because:

- Pasquale Vitale is a FIWARE coach and in the WP he helps me with the
training platform
- Pedro Rodriguez is the Catalogue master
- Joaquin Salvachua as wp (co)architect can have a direct look of the
activities for the WP/Catalogue

I remind you that JIRA will be used to export the backlog and create an
official deliverable every three months.
