[Fiware-tools] New person in E-IIS team

Dear all,
  let me introduce Lorenzo Eccher to you all ... from now on he will work
in E-IIS team mainly for the Tools chapter (Academy & Catalogue).

I would like to take advantage from this message to revamp the usage of the
Tools mailing lists that was somehow abandoned in favor of a more direct
communication between people (due to a very small number of partners in the
WP).
