Dear Carlos,
Unfortunately, we (the attendees from SafeCity project) have already arranged a visit in the planned location of the SafeCity PoC for exactly the same day and time.
This PoC visit is very important for the success of our PoC.
We also recognize the importance of the social event, so we are trying to reschedule the PoC location visit, but it takes time as it involves coordination with the Madrid police. I am not even sure it will be possible at all.

Please understand that for SafeCity this PoC visit has priority. We cannot register to the social event until we can be sure that there is not conflict between the two events.

I hope we may have an answer by end of day tomorrow, and I realize this may put some pressure on you, so please be patient with us.

Dear Colleagues,

We have managed to book a place to share our ideas and discussions in a more informal way next week.

The name of the place is "Restaurante Villagodio" and is conveniently located in Madrid city center.

We have arranged a complete menu of 30 euros to be individually paid by each one attending the dinner.
The menu consists in an assortment of appetizers or tapas, drinks and a main course (meat or fish).
Strict Vegetarians may also have a special main course, if we say this in advance.
