[Fiware-training] Agenda almost ready. We lack info from Envirofi & SmartAgrifood UCs & FI-WARE Security Chapter

The Agenda linked below is now updated with almost all per-slot FI-WARE GEs detailed agenda and UCs presentations to FI-WARE team distribution.

We still lack the information from Envirofi & SmartAgrifood UCs and the FI-WARE Security Chapter, unless I did overlook that info by mistake (my apologies in advance in that case, please resend or better complete it yourself in the excel googledoc).

The sheet 'UC Projects Organization Sheet' reflects the number and specific slots assigned to UCs, please do check the information is correct.

I am receiving suggestions to cancel UC6 in both weeks and potentially leave earlier in the last day, but first I need to process all inputs from UCs, identify and solve conflicts and then proceed. Personally, I would prefer UCs using all possible slots so we take profit of all efforts/expenses invested by all for these F2F meetings.

Regarding FI-WARE GEs presentations to UCs, I would encourage attendees from UCs to fill in the new column 'Observed Conflicts in the Agenda/ Suggestions'at each attendees sheet in case you are interested in two sessions that you cannot attend because they are running in parallel or whatever reason (it is good to identify the conflict and propose a solution in this column at your name's row). Obviously, not all conflicts can be solved but we'll make our best.
