[Fiware-training] Important: Attendance fee payment details

Dear Fi-PPP Colleagues,

We have agreed with ZHAW, kindly hosting the 1st 'FI-PPP SW Architects week', a simple and efficient method to process the attendance fees and taking into account your inputs as well.

Based on the attendees list, ZHAW is generating a per-company bill, where all participants belonging to the same company are included.
Please do check the on-line list and update accordingly if needed (deadline: tomorrow 15h CET).

The fee is the same (170 CHF) independently of the number of days each individual is attending, therefore the optimum solution is to attend the maximum number of days.
The billing concept will be 'Attendance fee (lunches included)'.

Just after the event, ZHAW will be forwarding/claiming each company bill and for this purpose we need your company billing address (i.e. you financial/accounting department in charge of payments/invoices).
You can provide this by replying this e-mail to me or providing it to Annette during the event.

Please, ensure we make things easier for our host next week, so do not forget to provide this billing address as mentioned above.
