[Fiware-training] FI-PPP SW Architects week Agenda & Details

With 4 sessions going on in parallel it is obvious that many attendees will not be able to attend all the sessions they are interested in.
Repeating a session - if possible - will create an opportunity for some attendees to attend a session they would otherwise miss.

Regards,
Peretz

I haven't received any indication or request to repeat sessions or to move sessions.
If anyone has a problem attending one of the Cloud sessions -- please, let me know and we will try to find an alternative arrangement (either within the existing agenda slots, or in some other way). Not sure if this kind of information is already available for the various chapters/topics (in theory, it could have been derived from the attendance spreadsheet, if people had indicated specific GEs/agenda slots they are interested in).

Thanks,
Alex

In my humble opinion, this is not the time or the place for this goal.
The training sessions should focus on providing the UC attendees with all the information they need in order to deliver their phase 1 obligations.
I propose that it will be better if this time slot will be dedicated to - for example - repeating the session about the Object Storage GE, or other phase 1 relevant information.

The idea was to use this opportunity to have a high-level discussion on expectations for 2nd release.. If noone is interested, we can cancel it.

Regards,
Alex

Dear Carlos,
I see that on Tuesday, Room 2, There is a session about " CLOUD (2nd release GEs)".
I think it is agreed that 2nd release GEs should not be part of these training sessions as they are out of scope for the current UC projects.
Best regards,
Peretz

Dear Colleagues,

We have finally updated all inputs in the Agenda so far.
Please, do check everything is correct.

Do not forget to register yourself, clarify which sessions you are attending and let us know conflicts in the correspondent column of the registration forms.

The guidelines for the UCs and FIWARE GEs presentations are available in the new sheet of the same excel googledoc at:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0ArcymbqnpOfkdGJqeEFlblNEUkdxdkl2NW1sM0FWUUE#gid=5

UCs have still available UC6 slots in both weeks.
Should some UC request 1 slot (2h) more, let me know and we will assign them in a FCFS basis (deadline is EoB Tuesday next week).

Next week I will be clarifying the procedures related to the attendance fees.

Thanks for your cooperation and looking forward to see you all in Zurich & Madrid.
Best regards,
