[Fiware-training] Adding 2nd date - Publish/Subscribe Broker (NGSI + Telefónica Instance)

Dear Fermin,

I'm a little bit confused now due to the previous mails. It is supposed that today there is the first webinar of the PubSub GE, but in your mails there are two dates: 21st/November and 4th/December. Has the today's session been cancelled? Which are the correct dates for the webinar?

			PD. Note that the 2nd date is before in time than the 1st date in the spreadsheet. This is not an error: it is due we decided to perform the 5-Dic date before we decide to perform the webminar on 21-Nov date.
