[Fiware-travelreport] Dissemination events log: Also report travels that were reported before?

hi Torsten,

This is managed by Malena at present  (keep using the list as the
responsible person may change in the future) and my latest news is that
she was experiencing trouble with google docs. She's on holidays and
coming back on monday.
