[fiware-twinner-proposal] TWINNER Budget Distribution

Dear all,

with some hiccups, we have finally put together the excel sheet that
collects your distribution of PMs.

(1)   As TODAY is submission data (somehow, Nov 14th was communicated by
some partners which is WRONG), please fill in by latest 11:00.

(2)   In your column, you find white boxs and color boxes. We think you
should only fill in the white boxes. If you want to fill in a colored box,
please explain to us.

(3)   At the top of your column you find the amount of already spend PM and the
amount of to-be spend PM. Please assign

(4)   Please assign reasonable. A white box does not mean you have to fill it.
Try to put larger budget inot one task and not out many small budgets
into all tasks.

(5)   If you can assign to several task, check how many people already assigned.

(6)   I am a bit worried about the Digital Twin Continuity task, so please check
whether this fits

(7)   Please check the tasks that you are suppose the lead. I hope this is fine.
Given the time, changes are very hard to realize

(8)   After 11:00, we have to assign a distribution. Therfor, when your are done
sent an Email so we can track the progress.

Rule of thumb:
You are a DIH: ensure you are WP4, see wether you need to do someint in WP5.
You have a DTw technology: ensure you are in WP3
You are an SME who want to do an experiment or are working with a DIH,
be sure to be in WP 6

All should have very small numbers in WP7

WP1 and WP6 should only be selected when you have a role there.

WP2 is mainly for technology provider. But DIH can also select to be there.
If you only have a small number of PM there, consider to concentrate in other WP.



Apologies for this very last minute actions. The creation of this
proposal  was difficult. To be honest, there was some miscommunication and some
assignments that were done, but not worked on/misunderstood.
plus many delays in the process. Sincere apologies for keeping a lot
of you on the edge for a long time. There are several people who
have now worked day in night the last couple of weeks, some without
sleep today. Thank you so much.

There might be msitakes in the assignments, please bare with us.
And keep our fingers cross.
