[fiware-twinner-proposal] TWINNER CANCELED

Dear all,

it is with great, great shock that I need to announce that
we needed to cancel the submission of the TWINNER proposal.

High Level Reason: We will not achieve the quality level necessary
for a proposal that has a chance to win.

So after many discussion this night, this morning,
and a really creative attempt to save the proposal
(we can talk about this over a beer),
we saw no other chance as to “Stop, no more effort”.

This is a shock for many of us who have worked very hard
on the proposal. I had so many conversation this night,
the speed on the admin data collection was unheard.
Not to mention, I did not sleep a single minute this night
and only a few hours the nights before.

I will sent a summary Email explaining the background
after getting some sleep and distance. For all of us to learn.

Please accept my apologies for all the effort you have put into
the proposal. He topic is exciting, the approach is interesting.
I hope we can work together on this sometimes in the future.
