[Fiware-webdesign] applying the fiware look&feel to the forge

Dear colleagues,
we experimented a bit with the look&feel of the forge in order to apply the overall FI-WARE Look&feel.
Objective were

-          Minimal effort

-          Minimal needed changes on the wiki

You can find it in the apps wiki e.g. on the following pages:

It might be needed that you login first to the forge and apply for this WP in order to see the changes. For you convenience I attached a screenshot (for some strange reasons the fi-ware logo is omitted)
