[Fiware-webui] Document: Third party innovation enablement

sorry about not giving feedback earlier -- checked it back then
earlier and the text seemed fine for our part.

missed the table about the availability & support back then but that's ok too.

we could add something about how webtundra & tundra are somewhat
ensured continued support by the realXtend foundation. also the
companies are available for paid support. and Meshmoon has support for
its customers who use some of the GEs.

but i don't know how to say any of that simply & correctly for that
purpose and figure that going with the default that's there now is
fine too.
