[Fiware-webui] XML3D based demo in Barcelona (through Startup Weekend winner)

Hi,

A quick note since we talked about Barcelona it this morning: There will
be one of the winners of the Hamburg Startup Weekends that will present
his early solution on the FIWARE booth. It is about visualizing the city
planning in Hamburg and is called Wir bauen Hamburg (we are building
Hamburg). It was created with the support from Felix at that event.

one of the signed in the maps brings up a popup with a simple animation
of the new building -- mockup only so far).
