[Fiware-webui] Bundle Blueprints in FI-Lab

Hi Torsten,
on this morning I created blueprint template which had 1 tier. I added GIS
and RvI recipes to that tier. Creation of the blueprint instance was
successful from this template, both GE's were setup to the VM as it is
defined in their recipes. Seems that FILAB automatically assigns public ip
for the launched instance, I didn't need to do it manually. I was able to
access to the GIS demo, so everything went really well!

However after this first successful try I tried to create blueprint
template for 2D3D capture things start to get difficult, I was able to
create template, but I wasn't able to define any tier to it. and that's
where I got stuck. I suspect there is some maintenance or something ongoing
in the FILAB, hopefully FILAB starts to work soon again. no issue yet
created by me
