[Fiware-webui] Missing FIWARE Lab components

Hi Philipp,
Here are my status update related to VirtualChacters and Synchronization GEs.

VirtualCharacters install recipe is approved by the Henar, but I'm stuck
at creating a new instance of the blueprint. I did try to create a
blueprint twice, but failed to get the instance to run. My browser just
stuck and cloud service wont respond after that.

Sychronization install recipe is in "InProgress" state in JIRA and awaits
approval. The JIRA ticket can be found at
http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/LAB-28.
