Yes, that is my understanding. Jira is replacing the Forge and shall be
used both for internal tickets as well as for handling external things.

There were two training sessions on FIRA in the past and that material
should be available somewhere. Unfortunately, I could not attend. If
someone did, it would be good to maybe forward the essential info to
this list.
