[Fiware-webui] Packaging of Bundles/Demos, Templates

Hello,

When I create an instance in FI-LAB, I cannot assign a public IP address to
it, it says "Error allocating IP address. Cause 400 Error" which expands
to: {"badRequest": {"message": "No more floating ips in pool net8300.",
"code": 400}} and thus I can't proceed with the creation of snapshots.

Does someone knows how to fix this?
