I can confirm from my end too that 130.206.81.105 is unresponsive.

Also, trying to create snapshots has repeatedly caused VM's in the testbed
to become unresponsive. The testbed personnel have cleaned up the
misbehaving VM's, but otherwise have not given advice or instructions how
this could be avoided, except for saying that they've had problems with
the infrastructure recently.
