Tickets are created automatically on JIRA
The mailbox is connected to JIRA, the testers do not need to create them, JIRA does it from them.
For instance, this one generated this: http://jira.fi-ware.org/browse/HELP-788
Manuel is tired of organizing training sessions with the leaders, they should in turn explain to their people how this goes. 1 or 2 passes should be enough but we are having the 4th one today and still some of the leaders did not attend. What can we do.
