[Fiware-webui] Proposal: WebUI Reorganization

Hi,

It would be great to get more info on this very soon.

Currently, the GE is mainly still there because I strongly argued for it
in the review (despite that feedback I got internally) because I
considered it a unique selling point for WebUI given the current focus
on AR/VR in the industry. This seems to have worked.

In our review of the AR GE, the original suggestion has been to close
down this GE as there was no one to work on this and all code and IP was
external (VTT).

Now we also have the rather bad license issues with apparently no good
solution as far as I can tell. (BTW, this issues came up only in the
review preparation and CIE has failed to previously reported it despite
putting a non-OpenSource license into the catalog!).

Best,

	Philipp
