Hi,

Monday September 7th will be the next review for the last two sprints.
We should discuss on Wednesday what we plan to show there. Torsten, can
you please set up an empty presentation document again (simply copy the
last one).

Let me point our that we should have at least a short highlight from
every GE (otherwise it looks as nothing has been done -- and this is not
good).

BTW, the meeting to discuss the review outcome that was scheduled for
today was canceled. So there will not be much new input before our
meeting  on Wednesday.  FIWARE is collecting feedback in the following
document. Feel free to send me input. I would like to consolidate our
input for WebUI.

I’ve scheduled the Sprint 4.4.1 and 4.4.2 Review Meeting for *Monday,
7^th September from 9:00 to 14:00* (all morning sessions)

 

If it collided with any other important meeting, given the context
we’re, then, my proposal would be Wednesday 9^th same slots.

*Please, let me know as soon as possible. *

*I plan to send outlook invitation for the meeting on Wednesday.*

Please, remember the sessions have three parts:

1 – Prepare some slides to explain progress

-          Spend time highlighting and explaining PROGRESS during the
target sprints

-          Don’t spend time on explaining future plans unless requested
by questions

2 – Prepare a demo to make progress visible on chosen GEIs

3 – Questions

  * Context + Progress - 10 min
  * Demo - Focus on progress - highlight new items  - 15 min
  * Closure - Comments/Questions - 5 min
