[Fiware-webui] Planning Sprint 4.2.2

Hello all,

please remember that we will have the sprint planning meeting for Sprint 
4.2.2 on Wednesday in our weekly call.

I have just created tickets in JIRA that cover the sprint planning 
activities for each GE owner. Please have tickets for tasks that are 
going to be completed during February created before the sprint planning 
meeting.
Please make also sure to cover creation of the Roadmap in the upcoming 
sprint.

According to the FI-Ware backlog page, there are some enablers that have 
no tickets assigned yet to sprint 4.2.2, but open issues without any 
specific date defined. If these should be covered in the upcoming 
sprint, please check if the "fixed in" date is specified correctly.
