Hi,
The chapter leaders are the ones who must grant access to the chapter members to the private project, that hosts the private wiki.
The other projects are accessible applying for them:
* http://wiki.fiware.org/How_to_join_a_FI-WARE_project_in_FusionForge
I attach a rather old presentation where all this was explained. The chapter leader should be the one who primarily provides forge support. They have admin rights.
The tutorials at the end of the home page of the public wiki are sometimes old but they give you basic tips in many cases:
