[Fiware-webui] Missing Synchronization Image in fi-lab

Hi,
I would like to inform the reason why WebUi's Synchronization GE is
missing it's image in FI-LAB.

I'm been having multiple technical difficulties to work with FI-LAB. Here
is a list of problems that I have encountered so far:
- The cloud is missing it's Blueprints

- The "Spain" region don't have enough resources (Fixed)
- Synchronization recipe fail to run properly

- Some of the regions are missing installation recipes on Tier edit
"Software in Catalogue" list
- Some regions can't allocate new ip addresses e.g. "Trento", "Lannion"
and "Berlin"
- Fi-lab cloud didn't work on Chrome browser (Fixed)

Some of the problems mentioned above are already fixed, but some of them
needs fixing before I can provide the missing image. What I can do now is
to write JIRA tickets to address those issues to FI-LAB team and wait for
the response.

Also I think that http://jira.fiware.org/browse/LAB-88 issue will block
the WebTundra bundle creation as well. Hopefully I'm able to get this
sorted out asp.
