[Fiware-webui] Membership in FIWARE projects on Forge

Hi,

Some administrative cleanup:

 Everyone who needs access to Forge or the Wiki needs to have an account
there and then request access to at least three projects within Forge:
-- MiWi (there is/was a WebUI project but we decided to keep using MiWi
as everyone was already in there),
-- FIWARE (everyone should be in there as well), and
-- FIWARE PPP restricted (same as above).

If you are not in all these projects yet (or have no account, please
apply for an account and/or membership in the projects.
