[Fiware-webui] Test Deployment of GeoVis Bundle: Fails

Hi all,

as discussed in the call today, I tested the deployment of the 
XML3DGeoVis bundle (which worked very reliably before) to check if there 
are any issues with FI-Lab.

It failed.

Berlin Region:
* Launching the blueprint from the set of my blueprint templates failed 
with Error: Quota Limit exceeded (but no instances launched so far)
* I noticed that in the blueprint template, there was region "Spain" 
entered for the different tiers. I edited and saved every tier to run in 
Berlin, result: Infrastructure Error : Error creating server: Unable to 
find security group for instance"
* I tried to make a new clone of the GeoVis - Bundle from the catalogue, 
receive Error 503: Failed to clone template
* I tried to delete the old template and clone the the template again: 
Error 403: Failed to delete template, Error 503 : failed to clone template

Zurich:
* Trying to clone blueprint, Error 503 again
* Trying to launch existing Blueprint: Same error with security groups 
as above

I did not try other regions, as I assume that there is a problem with 
the blueprint server. Also I did not try Spain, because it's said to be 
out of resources and will be completely rebooted in two weeks anyway.

I am going to post JIRA tickets for the issues above during the day, if 
they do not exist already.
