Hi, To rectify the long-standing, still-ongoing, and very difficult situation with FIWARE Lab may I make the following proposal: -- Torsten: Can you please create a "summary ticket" on FIWARE Lab based on your description below. Can you please list more explicitly (e.g. as a bullet list) each of the individual problems one by one and point to the respective other tickets where appropriate. Others please check that and refine where necessary. -- In that ticket we use the existing and once working first WebUI bundle as a "test case" for things that need to work to make bundles useful. What is the point in having bundles if no one can instantiate them (including us!) in all the different Lab locations. Since our bundle can easily be tested (it has a user visible test web-page included, other people in Lab can easily make sure everything is really working as expected. Later we may add the second bundle as a further test case. If someone has a good idea of how to automate that test, please create that test and add this to the ticket. It would be very helpful, I believe. -- There maybe still other issues in *creating* the final second bundle. Toni will elaborate this later. But we should include this into the same ticket, so that everything is centralized here. This also means that this ticket cannot be closed without closing ALL of the issues that remain. -- We close this ticket only (needs to be specificially written in the ticket) when daily test has been successful in ALL FIWARE Lab regions for at least 3 weeks. We should also suggest that this (or related test) be included in regular (daily!) automated FIWARE Lab testing. This is the only way we can ensure that we have the problem solved once and for all and can actually provide a meaningful service to the WebUI users (and probably also for FIWARE as a whole). -- Manuel: We need to jointly push for this in our call later today. Can you please put this on the agenda and help me get this through? -- Manuel: As an add-on I suggest that we close all but one of the Bundle ticket on me (Web-79, -106, -107) they are essentially all about the same issue) and make that one be impeded by that new ticket. This also makes it clear that we cannot deliver our work because of other issues within FIWARE Lab. -- Add anything I may have forgotten.
