[Fiware-webui] Agenda and Draft Minutes

Please add any other topics you want to discuss and fill out the ongoing
activities at the end ahead of time. I will send the Hangout link
shortly before the meeting as usual.

We will need to quickly go through the Sprint planning etc. with Manuel
first.

Then we wanted to look in more detail on the POI/CB and related topics
as we started disccussing in the last meeting already. We need to open
this discussion with the rest of FIWARE really soon, so I want to
allocate as much time for this as possible.

I have invited Stefan Lemme (FI-C2) as he has been drivinng the POI
discussion within FI-C2 and we have had some quite interesting ideas
that we would like to present.
