my test instance with the bundle deployed is up there, here a link to
the gltf duck example there .. i also started the server side with the
physics2 sample but didn't configure the client to actually connect to
that (yet), the Helsinki demo & pong demo elsewhere demonstrate that
already on the old VM

that's using ubuntu 14.04 which is now the only distro for which those
GEs are enabled.
