[Fiware-webui] Draft agenda and minutes for WebUI call

Hi,

Here are the draft agenda and minutes for today:

I am a bit in a hurry to join a call for the Security chapter (where I
am the reviewer), so not as detailed as usual. A few things we ned to
cover on the fly.

One thing is really important (particularly with the upcoming review in
mind): We (DFKI) did an internal review of our GEs and their status as
well as possible future steps. THis is purely subjective at this point
but seems like a good startung point for a discussion, where we want to
go with WebUI. I put a link to that document in the minutes (sorry, had
planned to send it yesterday but then got a visitor, so that did not
work out).

Please have a look. The idea is to start (but certainly do not end) this
discussion today. I would actually like to start backwards with the last
GE in the list.
