[Fiware-webui] Draft Agenda and Minutes for WebUI call today

Hi all,

here are the draft agenda and minutes as usual

A key part will be the sprint review by Manuel. Manuel, I would welcome,
if you could summarize the most important issues or dangers you see
(which definitely IS much appreciated!) in the minutes -- if you still
find the time before the meeting. This would help us track them and
could help us focusing this discussion.

The most importat part is the discussion on the GEs.. Here its important
to note that we have a bit more time as the review has been pushed to
end of July.
