Hi,

I think we have done pretty well this print and we even seem to tie for
the top rank with the apps chapter (only 2/59 left, if we disregard the
impeded tickets). Good job, everyone!!

On the help desk we still have a couple of older open tickets that
should be closed. I am not sure why the answered tickets are not closed
yet. Maybe you can look into them?

Dear Partners,

 

During Sprint 4.3.3 we met almost *80% (434)*targets. *Good!!!*

Additionally, *126 features*have been finished during Release 4.3.

 

 


In the help desk *283 requests*were attended. *We improved our reaction
time from 12.2 to 8.6 days, which deserves my CONGRATULATIONS!!*

 

On the dark side we have a number of issues *waiting for 2 months on
average*. *That’s really bad*.

When I came to explore the reasons, you can see below some channels that
should do an effort not to spoil other’s channels work.

For non-resolved requests we can see:

-          *MUNDUS *has an average*of 209 days*

-          *SPEAKERS *has an average*of 118 days*

-          *COLLABORATION *has an average*of 89 days*

The coaches seems to have decreased their effort and not keeping the
incoming issues pace. *Bad news!!*
