[Fiware-webui] eLearning Material

Hi all,

Directly from the FI-Call: There is activity regarding the eLearning
material. The concrete request is that each GE has at least one "Hello
World" course that shows a simple use case for the GE.

> Review of the training content in progress. Issues to be reported in
> jira. It would be very useful to have for each GEi the “Hello World”
> exercise available and explained. In case, a specific action is
> required (e.g. a “<GEi>.HelloWorld” issue in jira). Course Builder
> (beta version 0.1) published and ready to be used for packaging web
> seminars (slides + audio). To be presented Wednesday 1st April

Maybe it makes sense to discuss this on Wednesday (where I will not be
available but Torsten will run the call).
