[Fiware-webui] WebUI Call and Sprint Planning today

Hello all,

as today's call was quite bothered with technical difficulties, 
especially concerning the sprint planning part, let me summarize the 
outcome of the meeting again:

  * There are still some (very!) old tickets in the tech help desk:
    http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/tech
    <http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/tech>
    P<http://backlog.fiware.org/helpdesk/tech>lease make sure to assign
    highest priority to those and create tickets for them also in your
    GE's backlog!
  * The backlog of some GE is still quite sparse for Sprint 4.3.2 .
    Please make sure to create tickets for all work is done within the
    sprint. Especially if there are still features assigned to 4.3.2,
    make sure that you have stories in the backlog capturing the
    implementation work on these features.
  * Storys only capture actual implementation. Additional tasks like
    writing documentation or creating tutorials for the features are
    _Workitems_ .


One point that was could not be addressed in the meeting anymore: As you 
may have seen in the email that Philipp forwarded this morning, there 
will be a review on the training material. This will be performed by 
taking a snapshot of all available courses on _*May 25th*__*. *_Until 
then, please check that your courses are up to date and in a good shape, 
and apply corrections, if necessary.

Also, if not done already, _don't forget to provide your retrospective 
for the last sprint_! From the last sprint on, this will be done per GE 
in terms of JIRA tickets of the format 
FIWARE.WorkItem.<chapter>.<GE-GEI>.Agile.Sprint-431.Retrospective . I 
will then provide the summary retrospective for the chapter.
