[Fiware-webui] WebUI Technical Roadmap R5

Hi Torsten,
I left the Synchronization - Tundra's planned features as future releases
because they might get implemented in another project. So at the moment,
it's not 100% confirmed that we are implementing them under FI-CORE. I'll
update the roadmap again when we have better knowledge of this.
