[Fiware-webui] Features appearing as Error: "No Publication in Roadmap"

Hi Manuel,

we have addressed the topic shortly in Wednesday's call: Some 
Feature-Items in the Backlog appear as "Error" due to missing Roadmap 
Publication.

In the meantime, I have copied the R4 Roadmap to the "Previous Releases 
Page", and the R5 draft, that is now completed, to the publication page, 
according to the guidelines in the ticket.

Now I see that the closed Features of R4 are appearing as error for not 
being on the Roadmap anymore. Should the check for these not be against 
the Materializing page anyway, rather than the Roadmap, as the Release 
is over and the Features finished?
