Thanks a lot also from my side for a good job done. We have again closed
almost all of our tickets in this sprint (92.6%), which is excellent!

Ari can you please still look into the long standing help tickets. I
still see at least two of them in the backlog.

Please, find below the outcome from Sprint 4.4.2.

 

We have met *368 targets (76,7%)*out of 480 created for the sprint.

 

 

 

Having a look at the help desk, we find *123 issues solved*, being our
average reaction time: *10.2 days,*worse than previous month (9.9 days)

 

 

On the coaches help desk, *43 issues* were solved. Our reaction time
also worsened: from 13.4 to *14.6 days.*

 

In general, I’d say holidays are having a negative impact in our
reaction time in the help desk.

 

In order to create better awareness of helpdesk issues for GE Owners,
their work space also holds a focused view of the help desk, which is
about to be improved with their corresponding graphs.

I think this pattern will also be made available to FIWARE LAB nodes,
and I’m joining LAB meeting during 2^nd and 3^rd weeks of the sprint in
order to create proper awareness.

I hope these actions have an impact and we can bring our reaction time
to acceptable levels.

 

In any case beside better awareness, only proper attention, and joint
effort can make us improve!!
