FABRE troubleshooting

Hi,
if you follow the FABRE tool build/install instructions, you'll end up
checking out a too recent version of the drafter tool, which will lead to
Python exceptions when trying to run. (apparently drafter's output format
has changed.)

Checking out v0.1.9 of drafter seemed to work:

git clone --recursive git://github.com/apiaryio/drafter.git
cd drafter
git checkout b3dce8dda
./configure
make drafter
sudo make install
