Updated DOW

Hi,

Here is a really quick first draft of changes for the amendment that
Juanjo (after not sending stuff for a long time) has now been asking the
for.

I have tried to accomodate the changes as discussed and as asked for by
the reviewers/EC expect for the Sync GE and some minor adjustments.

Juanjo wanted that until 9h this morning but we can probably sneak in
some important changes afterwards as well. So please have a look and
provide (important) feedback in the call.

BTW, I will have a meeting with the präsident of our universtiy right
before the meeting. He knows about the call but you never know. If I am
not there in time, please open the call anyway and start the call with
the review by Manuel.
